Need help installing injectors.

Right now i am installing my injectors and I have all the fuel rail screws removed now and i still can't get the fuel rail to pop out. I pulled on it pretty good but i don't want to mess anything up by pulling to hard. Also how does the harness come off the injector?

I hate cars!!!!!!

Push down on the injector harness plugs with a flat screw driver. Then just pull up on the fuel rail and the injectors will come up & out rail and all. The have been in there for a while and wil be a liilte stuck sometimes, but just pull on the rail at each injector ona at a time.

I left the rail installed and just pulled out each injector. Hit them with some wd-40 and let it sit for 10 min the grabbed the top with some small channel locks and supn them left and right and poped them out

Remember to use new o-rings and lightly lube the o-rings with some oil before reinstalling the injectors. Or you run the risk of ripping/pinching the o-ring and causing a horrible gas leak.
