Mingo, I am totally down to dontate or sponsor my 2002 maxima se auto for this. I am very interested in going boost. Unfortunately, I can only save about 200-300 per month if everything goes well.

Shoot me a pm about this, I'm also looking for a *very* good mechanic in the riverside-la area to take my maxima and 1989 240 to.

test is done.. put about 1400 miles on it.. there is a slight clearance issue between the pipe and the upper oil pan by the "U" bend, we're going to kick it out 1 inch so that there's and air gap in between the pipe and the oil pan. everything checks out just fine =D..

price is as follows. exhaust piping will be 850. intercooler piping is still undecided.

850 plus shipping for both feed and down pipe. the downpipe is dual reinforced
i will take payments as soon as it is ready to ship for the first 10.
we're making adjustments to the welding jig (fixture) to make sure the new peices dont' have clearance issues. once again i'm trying to deliver you guys the best product, something i would want to keep on my car, not just something that kind of fits, and sort of works.

I think both, I believe he said that if it clears 5th gens autos no problem it will clear 4th gen manual to because its smaller. BTW 4th and 5th gen have the same manual trans...

all the feed pipes are bent already, now just got to wait for the manufacture to set the 3" die and bend the downpipes
and after that it'll take a day to weld each kit. so one kit per day. they dont' have that many people that can tig weld there.

all of them are going to come with a 02 bung welded on for the o2 sensor at least 18inches from the turbo so the o2 sensor won't burn out. and it'll come with a plug, so for those that aren't using an o2 they cna just plug it up

the manufacture is shutting down for a week for the holiday. i'm currently out of the country and will not be back until the 9th. i've made arrangements for the manufacture to ship out the completed kits while i'm gone. i really can't give an accurate estimate on when the pipes are going to be done, because the manufacture keeps lagging, this is the very reason why i did not want to take any payments or deposits until the product was ready for shipment. once again sorry for the delays..

i just got back from taiwan last night.. i went shopping for manufactures there.. it looks very promising.. as for the the current 10 kits.. i haven't got a hold of the maufacture yet.. i left him a message today. the sponsored car was driven home, and no problems were detected. hopefully all the kits are built and ready to ship.. i'll update as soon as i get word from the manufacture.. sorry for the numerous delays..

For the kits I can have them all mandrelly bent, polished, and bead rolled in the US with a 1-2 week lead time.

spoke to the maufacture. after the 10 sets are built i'm going somewhere else.. it's been half a year and still waiting... the sponsored car is on jackstands, he wants to get certain parts chromed and prepped for a show, i'll take pix of his car and post them asap. the reason why i have not started production with a different manufacture is because i can't afford switching until i get some pipes sold so i can climb out of debt from this project. i've found a place that cnc bends and cnc welds, but i'll have to order in large quantities with them. so we'll see how the sales go on the 10 sets of pipes as soon as they are made.. i'm horribly sorry and will continue to do anything in my abilities to prevent the manufacture from lagging some more..
