sounds good, dont be surprised if your car makes more power @ 5 psi and the stock ECU vs 10psi on the JWT base tune.

Boosting without knowing your AFR is bad mmmkay?

Seriously, you can toast your engine quickly if you are too lean.

What have you done to add fuel above what the stock NA program calls for?

ok here is a update..
I finally got the jwt ecu and well they do pull alot of timing.. i called them and they are gonan work with me to get a good tune for my setup, I have the oil return pump hooked up but for some reason i still burn oil when i start it up I hooked up a timer realay that keeps the pump on after i turn the car off but dosnt work good enough.. so i am not too sure what to do.. I got a wide band (dyno jet) so i can check and A/F ratios i should have it installed soon.. kinda got side tracked when i was brasing in the bung.. burnt my eye.. but i can see now and it is healing.. so when i get it hooked up i will let you all know my A/F ratios of the stock ecu well more to come when i find out.!!

Yeah I had jwt and sold it in a few months, stick with the stock ecu, it makes a lot more power at lesser boost and just get emanage or a nice safc-2 and contoll your fuel. GL with project.

Yea I wouldn't waste anymore time with JWT. Just go with the stock ECU and pick up a Emanage Blue and timing harness to retard timing under boost slightly and control the AF. A raised rev limiter isn't totally neccessary for a turbo application which is the only real benefit I see for going with JWT, there base tunes are worthless.

the numbers are based on % so like 77 is like 77% of 5.0volts and same for the maf it is based on % of 5.0 volts i know it is confusing..

an adjustable FPR could lean it out a bit.. if you have a 255 on a factory fpr your preasure is probably higher than stock anyways... just an idea.

ok well i got a updated chip from jwt and did some more runs... car is alot faster and pulls great.. i think there is still a little more power to be had but we will see how far we can push it.. right now i can run like 12psi with no spark know and a/f ratios look good... i wonder if anyone has ever tryed to work out there problem like i am..? well here is the a/f ratio after the up-dated chip..

10psi run, taking off in first and then going all the way through first, and all the way
through 2sd and then shifting into 3rd and letting off..

By "oilpan" do you mean collection sump?

What is the nature of your oil return system problem?

Remember his turbo is mounted at the bottom, so the oil cant just drip down into the oil pan with gravity as in a conventional turbo setup where the turbo is located pretty high in the engine bay. This is why he has an additional pump in-line in the return.

I fully understand that. However, I have seen several low mount turbo kits that needed a small collection sump just prior to the pump to allow for proper drainage.

well here it is.. when the car turns off the oil pump turns off.. and the oil pump is slightly higher than the turbo. so when i turn the car back on the line is full of oil. so when i start it back up then it burns oil that went into the exhasut. so i got a timer relay so when the car suts off the pump stays on for 30seconds. but then the problem is that the oil didnt collect in the line.. if i turn the pump off for like 10seconds and than back on it seems to work good and donsnt smoke. so i am thinking about getting another timer relay so i turn the car off the pump turns off, for like 10-20seconds, and then the pump starts again.. i will keep you all posted. but on another note.. i just made a 1200 mile trip to ga this past weekend and it ran good all the way!!!
