supercharged guys passing smog?

hey guys i am working on a supercharger kit for my i30 but i live in CA so of course there is smog so my question is have any of you supercharged guys tried smoging with good results?

Supercharger with stock injectors/MAF/ECU does not affect emissions coming out of the tail pipe. Stillen also has a CARB exempt sticker for their now discontinued supercharger.

Ah, but you have a 99 I30. No carb exemption for 99's IIRC. I'll have to look at the carb exempt sticker at report back to ya.

For what it's worth, I just barely passed the sniffer a few months ago. I guess the FastCat that I have isn't too environmental friendly. Next time, I'm putting my stock cat back on first. I also have a Cattman y-pipe.

Visually, that's another story.
