No i had about 4 of 5 lenths of pipes left when i was done.

nice. so do you think all the piping that comes in that kit is enough to do all the intercooler piping on a 5th gen?

It wouldnt be that different between the 2. And depending how you run your pipping you may have more left. I chose to run mine across the engine bay but you could do it like Chernmax did with his and run them on the same side of the car. I do think you will have more than enough pipe.

Is you washer fluid tank in a different spot on the 5th gen? if you look close on mine. It goes right behind the headlight.

kzoosho aftering installing the turbo kit what spring are you using in the wastegate? are you using bigger injectors? do you have a 300zx maf? do you have a walbro 255 pump pump? and what are you tuning with?

Oops .7 bar didnt see that . I keep around 7psi but it is suppose to be a 9psi spring.

hey guys im new here but i have 2000 3.0 and im looking into turbo's as well. what do you suggest to get. im not a road racer but i do want a v8 response out the car. i had a 750li and a porsche cayenne and now the v6 doesnt have that response. please help thanks

Search the forums. Look at what other guys are running and go from there. It all depends what your goals are.

If I don't want to boost more than 12 psi what spring should I go with on the wastegate? Also is it true that the maxima VQ3.0 can only handle 12 psi safely?

Safely is a matter of setup and tuning. I personally would do a 5lb spring with a bc but you may be able to run an 8lb one.
