New PLX Promotion: Those looking to buy.

Found out about a new promotion that PLX is having. Here is essentially the details of what they are doing.

"We’re doing something special for car domain members with nice rides right now as a special holiday promotion. If you purchase any of our new gauges, and put a picture of it on your CarDomain account, we’ll rebate you 15%. Only catch is you have to purchase it from our online store and email me a picture of our product posted on your Car Domain account with a short text description of the product, mentioning “PLX Devices”. Then we’ll send you a check. Right now we’re willing to pay people to help us promote our products on Car Domain to gain better product visibility.

Paul
PLX Devices Inc.

end"

Thought I'd post for those of you looking to buy or others you know looking for you a gift this holiday season. They've got some interesting new guages. I know I really like my AFR + DM-5.

Just tell them you are from www.Maxima.org and try and bring more attention and sponsorship to our community!

I just installed my PLX DM-100, SM-AFR, and SM-FluidTemp last night. I wonder how the prices would have worked out had I done this instead... hmmm

Yes. It looks to me like they've discontinued all the M series and R series widebands except the R800 (which isn't out yet), and put all of there effort into the IMFD units. You can still get them all day off ebay. I've bought all of my PLX stuff from www.streetrays.com or streetrays.com's ebay store (two R500s, a DM100, SM-AFR, SM-FT).

Guys, just recieved the actual program "flyer" for their deal. I don't know how to post the entire thing, but I've cut and paste the major part. It looks like it may actually be a better deal rather than 15%. Just take a look. Email me if someone knows how to post the entire thing or if you just want me to forward the flyer to you. Apperently they are also offering a referral program as well.
