Opinions on these wheels please...(pic)

Well I wanted to stay 18 inch for ride comfort, tire price, and performance reasons. These are ADR M-sports chopped onto the car in 18". I have eibachs and a trenz grill and I want something with a lip to match the grill, what do you guys think? Im just worried they will look to small but to me they look fine or at least in this chop they do.

Not bad. I'm more of a chrome guy myself. I just bought a Black 04 SE with the Elite package...(love it). I too kept with the 18's... sorry no pics. I put on some Giovonna Corsicas with the low profile tires. I didn't like it at first, but they are growing on me. I do get attention with them as well... One day I may go with some dubs.... I'm sure the really would make the car stand out more. I think I'm going to spend my money on putting 3 TV's in the car first...

Depends on the look you are going for. The black matches the tint. Very race looking or maybe older school looking. Definately seperates you from the kiddy school crowd that loves huge chrome rims

Well the wheels are not black they are gunmetal. 20s looks great but I drive wayyy to much and I need the ride comfort. My 04 has 18,200 miles on it and ive only had it for half a year. anyways I thought about the wheels in Silver with a polished lip. I really like my trenz grill and I figured those would match it good. Chrome is to heavy for me.

Opinion

If going with the black, you might as well go with cheap used steelies from the junk yard.
That's just my opinion.

Why would I want steelies? I see them on 90% of the rice drivin around town. Plus this look like crap. Ive thought about many kinds of wheels and then only ones that would look good were ones with a lip to match the grill. If I got something without a lip then I dont think it would match unless it was chrome. I also like volk gtps but they are expensive. Any more opinions or suggestions on wheels?? Thanks for the help guys!

X2

I like that look actually - it's definitely different because chrome and super flashy wheels are so played out, especially in 18" size.

As for the suggestion to get steelies that's impossible because I'm pretty sure they don't exist in 18" size, and smaller ones probably won't fit anyway.

I vote

I suggest if you definetly want a lip- you have to go larger at least 19"- because
18's with a lip will look too small under those wheel wells- they look smaller than your stock 18's-

but i would go with these...
http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...odeIndex=67614
or
http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...odeIndex=67613
or
http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...odeIndex=69194

The TSW Rib will really appeal to the roundness of the car-specially dropped- cause they stick out a bit- it would look amazing

i agree with 'Manny but the wheel i 'd go for the is either the HP Racing New Lightning or their new wheel the "HPR5" ....I can show you a pic of the hyperdark finish on the New Lightning, but definately wait for the HPR5...it is a 5 spoke wheel that just looks amazing..

Here is the 19x8.5 New Lightning by HP Racing:

The HPR5 looks very similar to this:

i'm not sure if it has the rivets though...my rep was supposed to send my a pic but seems like I'll have to calll him first thing in the morning.

I think the M-Sports look good on your car, the gunmetal is nice as it matches the tint. I put 20" on my car but didn't want super chrome bling bling so I went with the M-Classic (sliver w/polished lip)
http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....ferrerid=32112
http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/464988 For more pics...
I put on the Eibach kit and the ride is pretty nice, I do drive alot but not as much as you and I have no problems. 18's do look pretty stock in size especially with the lip, I'd go at least 19"...

I'll be setting up a gb as soon as the other wheels come in...trust me these will be smoking deals.
Online sites are selling that wheel 19x8.5 for $320 bones and up...I'll be way lower for the guys here at the forum.

Hey there, i have my own company www.bigwheelz.com and am a proud sponsor if this site...these guys are really awesome.

Sorry i could not give you a deal on those Falken Torques...the border stuff really is a hinderance! i can't compete with a price like that..LOL! Just wait for the GB on the HP RACING HPR5's...of which I am still waiting for pics from my rep. He just took a digital pic for me and hasn't sent it yet.
