What kinda tire are you running?
Its new tire time for my madres 02 maxipad, and i need some opinions. All the 225/50/17 tires are gay IMO. What do you guys think would look alright on factory height i was kinda thinking about Yoko AVS ES 100's in 235/45/17 or would that be to small and make the wheel gap look massive? i just need some feedback guys, thanks a bunch.

im pretty much in the same boat as you are right now. if im going to retire the stock 17's im looking at 215/45-17 cause of the actual rim width and also tire price.
with 225's and larger on a 7" width rim your not getting a flat contact patch of a tire and the sidewalls are being distorted. this means the tires will actually roll over when trying to turn, this is good if your looking for ride quality as there is more tire cushion. but with stiffer sidewalls you will have a better turn in with the car and an overall improvement with handleing then you would with 225's on 7" rim width
now instead of retiring the stock rims im looking for some 17x8.5 or 18x8.5(front) 18x9(rear) in order to fit the wider tires and keep a stiff sidewall
