Opinions on Goodyear Eagle ResponseEdge

I'm finally going to break down and buy some new shoes for my I35, as I have stretched the OEM Crapanzas as far as they will go. I've whittled down the choices, and am stuck between two tires:

1. Goodyear Eagle ResponseEdge
2. Yokohama Avids

The Yokos are markedly cheaper, and seem to get good reviews on Tirerack, but they seem to promise too much for such a low price point. The new Goodyears look to be great tires, and offer all that I need, but Tirerack has very few reviews on them.

So, does anyone use these new Goodyears, or can offer any advice?

Thanks!
GMJ

i just replaced my michelin pilot a/s with the goodyear response edge about 3 weeks ago. love the response edge, comfortable and quieter ride then the pilots. the sidewalls a little softer then the pilots but still handles well. for dry traction its as good as the pilot and rain traction is good too. floored it from a stop in the rain and very very little slipping.
