fixable?

i found a guy with a wrecked TT JDM 300zx, it has Momo rims that were on it when it was shipped from Japan. he said he wants $50 each with 2 of them having good rubber, i offered $45 each and he said sure

he said one has minor curb rash, and one has a small "spit". both are fixable, right? it sounds like the rims were driven on with the spit before the car wrecked, any harm in driving with the spit? (what the heck is a spit even? guessing a indent or something) also, is $180 for the set a good price? thanks

theyre in pretty good shape, only think is the front's are 235's (near perfect for a wide stance on a 3rd gen) but the rears are 295. still got em because i'm buying a R32 GTR, 350z, 300zx, or 240z within the next few years which would have a chance of taking this width (300zx and 350z for sure can take 295-305)
