Rim questions about my maxima
I'm wanting to put a set of 4 of these rims on my maxima

This picture was taken from a member here, what would I need to do in order to get these successfully on my car. I'm not very knowledgeable about the behind knowledge about rims.
I know I use a 245/45/18 tire, rims are 18inches
Am I suppose to buy new tires for those new rims? I know that they are offset 8.5 and my maxima's stock ones are 7.5, will I need to get spacers, does it matter
I also know those rims that come off the front of a 350z are offset 8 and the rear is 8.5, does this really matter? Can someone just help me out with this, I'm wanting to get some shiny new rims for my Maxima, and these look the best, and I can get them on craigslist for cheap.
Thanks guys.

You have the wrong definition of offset the numbers your talking about are the width of the wheel
And yes you will be fine I have a 245 on a 9" wheel
You don't need spacers but if you want them to be flush (i dont know the offset) you might
Offset looks like +30 or +25 the lower the number the more they stick out

Ok so I have no idea, so they will defiantly fit my car?
