I am planning on getting lowered springs.

between Suspension Technique and Sprint lowered springs, which is better?

Get the STs. Finding shocks that won't blow out with the severe drop of the Sprints will be hard and expensive to find

ST springs....because they don't make sprints for our cars (as far as I know).
