$2000 discrepancy between NADA/KBB and Edmunds on 99 SE LE

$2000 discrepancy between NADA/KBB and Edmunds on 99 SE LE
Any idea why that would be?
NADA: 17,450
KBB: 16,600
Edmunds: 14,500-15,200
I've never seen that much variance before. Most other cars I've checked have been within a few hundred across the three, at most.
