www.alldata.com has them...but you gotta pay to see the actual write ups--like $25 for a year for a specific car. All TSBs need to be registered with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration - http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/problems/ and they'll be there too with a very brief description of the problems...This site also had a TSB for my friend's '96 Sunfire head gasket problem that didn't show up on alldata.com. One can only suppose that GM doesn't want their nasty little head gasket problem made too pubic so hence only having it on the site where it's required?
