Engine rpms at certain speeds

I am trying to see if my rpms coincide with everyone elses.
I have a stock GXE auto w/ 15' wheels. Could some one take the time to check what rpm they are in at 60, 70 and 75 mph. That would ease my worries immensely. I'm trying to check if my fargin TC is locking up. I seem to remember less rpm. My figures are 60mph - 2100
70mph-2400 rpm. I appreciate the time. Thanks folks.

I assume you have an auto - and HUGE wheels --- fifteen feet!!!. (j/k I realize it's a typo)

Your numbers sound about right. My 5speed SE (w/ 15") turns at about 3000rpm in 5th at 70mph and the autos have a slightly lower final drive ratio than the 5speeds, so your revs would be lower.

Auto here, when my TC locks (above 30MPH with tranny up to operating temp) my RPM's are the same as what you posted.

Sounds right. Even if you have 17s, it shouldn't matter. As long as you kept the same stock ratio.

Normal normal normal.
Better half's stock '93 GXE
60-2150 70-2400 75-2470
Noticed on freeway trips that going over 2500rpm starts reducing the mpgs.

Do you have pic's of 15-foot wheels? They might be too big! Seriously, though, anyone know the correct factory rpm's?
