Altezza installation

Just bought some altezza's to replace the stock taillights, but in order to switch them I need to remove the white clips from the stock lights to switch the bulbs to the altezzas. How do I remove them? it looks like they slide off, but they're latched on somehow. Thanks for your help

use a flat head screwdriver..
the front of the clip has a slot in the middle where it is connected to the housing.. you have to pry it off

just push sideways, it snaps off.. and since there's no way to attach them in the same way to the altezza's, it don't matter
