ball joint replacement wrte up?
i need to replace both of my ball joints. anyone have a write up on this? i used search and i cant seem to find anything!

can't do it on 4th gen
have to replace the entire lower control arm
as per HAYENS manual.

nick, i've got the haynes manual which says the same thing- have to change the control. I'd asked arount and it has been done by quite a few people...

I've read of people replacing the joints instead of replacing the whole arm.

You can pull the arms off, take them to a shop and get the old joints pulled and new ones pressed back on. (This is common with most cars, and I've heard of people doing this with Maximas)
