help with wheel bearings!!

Im not sure if my front bearing are bad or if my tires are cuasing th e loud humming noises im getting when i drive. I have a 1995 se with 2k se rims with 215/45/17 tires on them, stock suspension. The humming noise is so loud that i need to turn my radio pretty loud just hear it. Has anyone replaces their front bearings themselves if so how hard is it to do and do you need any spacial tools. Also is there a way to test if the bearings are bad? PLaese any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's not an easy job, you might want to have that job done by a qualified mechanic.

I believe there is a write up on www.motorvate.ca
