I'm in the market for a Radar Detector and while I would like to get a Valentine one, I think the cost is really exhorbitant (399). I've been researching this and the next best radar detector I could find is the Bel 980 which according to http://www.speedzones.com operates just shy of the Valentine performance wise. I found it online for $225 which is more manageable. Any one have any experience with this detector? ~C
