Help with drop resistor mod, my uncle drove the car all day with it on!!!!

ok i left the swich on the drop resistor on, and my uncle borrowed my car today and drove it around for probably about 15 minutes. he told me the car was jerkin hard, now im like FAWWKK would this mess up my tranny guys? please i dont want to go through another fawkin rebuild. he left it on during stop and go traffic. would this fry my clutch pack nd ****?

i read it, but the thing is he wasnt driving with it at wot, just normal driving with it, and they said that was bad. i want to know what kind of damage it can do

I should be ok as long as you don't do it all the time.

Thats why you should use a WOT switch vs a manual one. Then stuff like that won't happen and you can just forget about it.

yes, i indeed bought a WOT switch yesterday, but i found it hard to mount because it is so small. i will probably put it under my accelerator but i have no idea how to keep it in place. most likely ill ziptie it under the pedal, lol hopefull i dont break it like that

This is how I did mine. There are 2 of them, one is for something else.

Not real professional but functional.

It was but not anymore, I have a TPS built into the Maximizer. However because I had the microswitches attached together it was easier to just leave them.

PS If anyone does the gas pedal switch vs one on the throttle body you can hear it click when you go WOT when the engine is turned off so its easy to check if its still in the correct position.
