I need my belts replaced; I call the Nissan dealer to find out the price and was told $65.00. I have the belts already from Nissan so $65.00 is for labor. Is this too much or is this what it cost? How much should I pay if this is to much? Thanks

$65 is in the ball park. There are two ways to save money on this service.

1) Independents usually charge less than the dealer. Perhaps you will find a former Nissan dealer technician who opened his own repair shop. That's a good man to know!

2) Do It Yourself. Go to http://integra.vtec.net/geeser/megamax/60k_service.html
Scroll down to Step 7, Belt Replacement. Click on any of the thumbnails for an enlarged image. Decide if this is something you want to handle.
