Buy a few of those small round felt circles that you put on the bottom of chair legs to keep from scraching wood floors. Stack two or three on top of each other and place them over the stock rubber bump stops that keep the trunk snug. They wear over time and the trunk gets play in it. Works like a charm.

Move the latch down slightly to make it close tighter. There are 2 bolts that hold it onto the rear body pannel. Just loosen them and tap it down about 2mm then snug them back up again.
