When is to old for NOS
I was thinking about putting a 50 shot of NOS of my 96 SE, but I've heard people say that you shouldn't put Nos on higher mileage cars. Mine has 115,000 miles on it now and I was wondering if that was to old. Any info would be helpful.
I have a '95 maxima
and I am on the waiting list for the NOS kit from jcwhitney.. I have 111,000 miles, and heck I'm going to give it a try. I am going to have my engine compression tested first though, but if that comes back bad - then I'll be getting a new engine anyways so I might as well run like a 150shot hehe until the engine blows.
Normally I will be running anywhere from the 40-70shot... probably 40 for running around, and before I go to the street races switch to 70.
