ok i got my 97 maxima and its throwing a 0701 and 0303 it cranks and cranks then finally starts and doesnt run good until it warms up, once it warms up it runs fine.

 

anyone that could know where to start any info would be grately appriacated

Diagnostic Trouble Code 0303 indicates a problem with the front Oxygen Sensor on the left cylinder bank. The left bank is also called the front bank. It is cylinders 2,4,6. A normal signal sweeps back and forth between 0.2 volts and 0.8 volts. This malfunction was detected when the Engine Control Module received a signal from the sensor which was a constant value of approximately 0.3 volts.

Possible causes include ...
- Harness or connectors (the sensor circuit is open or shorted).
- Defective Oxygen Sensor

yes i dont care about the 0303 im sorry and i already read the 701 post

 

0701 - Multiple cylinder misfire

Figure out the misfire first, clear the error codes then see if the O2 code comes back.
