I just got the foglight stalk and intermit wiper stalk, is there a write up for installing this?

it is just about the same as changing out the ignition switch. remove the plastic dash piece under then the steering column. next take off the pieces surrounding the steering column by taking the screws out underneath the steering column. there are two screws holding the stalk in that you can see by looking into the car from the drivers side. take those out, unplug, plug in the new one, put the two screws back in. put the pieces back around the steering column then just keep working backwards, and put the piece back under the steering column that is part of the dash.
