I wanted to ask the same question today. His last post was back on 10/7. Hope he's Ok.

Besides, there are others here who can provide useful information.

 

Yeah, even God needed to rest after creating the universe.

Besides, if people were to start putting their problems into the topic instead of "DBM! Help me! Please!" and "I need your help DBM!" or "I have a problem only you can solve DBM!" they would get a lot more responses.

I know that I intentionally try not to answer such posts since they obviously disrespect anyone else's contributions.....


But that's Chapter 12 in my upcoming book: "Dot Org for Dummies"

 

He is not God and he wouldn't know the answer to questions like
"I get mysterious rattles in the dash between 3000-5500"
or
"I get check engine light after changing brake pads" and stuff.

But I think he might be on vacation.

When I get some free time, I'm gonna search all his useful old responses and print them and make an archive for future reference. But there are other many knowledgable ppl on the board, and I'm gonna save them too.

 

I don't think Dan wants his email address on the org! If he wanted people to know it he would have listed it under his user settings or something. So do Dan a favor and delete it before a million people start emailing the poor fella.

 

maybe he is tired of all of us asking him Q's and this is his way of punishing us
