yeah it has a special jack, and i dont even think a dock has been created for the iphone and the car yet, but there are bluetooth decks out there that can be used with any other blue tooth phone (which is pretty much any phone out there for 99 and + )

man if you wanto shave it do it yourself for like 5 bucks, if you know someone with a welder just cut a small peice of metal out that will fit in the hole, weld er shut and skim it with bondo sand till smooth, or you can do like i did, i got a new ant. housing (the black peice that bulges out), flipped it upside down and molded it in, it looks like a teardrop and then i took apart the ant. and cut the mast down so it would not be so friken tall, sorry i don't have pics but my wifes camera is ****ed up and i don't feel like droppin 400 bucks on a new one...

I kept mine. i like being able to hear the radio. i also kept my trunk lock even though i shaved the moldings and handles. reason why.................battery dies, i can still get into the car and get the doors open to boost the battery. i've had 2 other cars with them both shaved and wanted something more practical this time around.

I've never had the luxury of a real antenna. It's broken, and looks shaved lol. Radio works just fine though. I just don't know what happened to it before I bought it from my brother lol.

I am not sure if i would shave mine....
but I had to replace my antenna over the summer. Bought one on ebay for about $15 included everything. When I took my old one out, because it was having trouble going up, the radio still went on without any static at all. When i turned the car on, you can hear the mechanisims going up and no antenna and still worked. I know have my new replacement antenna

pop the trunk

on the right side, where the jack is is a little electronic box with two connectors. you will need to pull back the trunk interior cloth thingy, by removing one or two plastic nipples. the lower connector is the power for the antenna, just unplug it and it will not go up.... i do this in the winter when there is lots of salt on the roads, it gets stuck when the antenna goes down and that annoys the heck out of me

will lube it in the spring and plug it back in

i think that its a good look i am planning on shaving mine off whenever i get my money right! it shouldnt cost three hundred though. i paid about 150. for each door handle to get shaved. i plan on installing a internal antenna in the back window. also when you purchase the keyless entry kit from autoloc it comes with a optional manual hook up incase your battery goes! but thats not something that i worry about!
