Why the HKS ignition? The VQ ignition system is very good as it is. I know of many 500+whp cars with a stock ignition systems (and have only seen problems from aftermarket systems).
Search works just fine for me

Alternatively, you could actually search for the damn information:
There's an easy way to raise your spark voltage - my voltage-booster thingie:
It's an automotive laptop power supply with switch-selectable outputs. I use 16 volts to the coils. You need to find the one wire that feeds battery voltage to the coils, open it up, feed the battery to the "boostar" and connect the output to the coil connection. Hey, presto, no more sparks blowing out! About $50.

Oh yeah, plugs - the 4th gen stock ignition needs help when boosting or spraying - the spark blows out unless you close down the gap a bunch. I was closed down to .030 when racing with a 150-shot setup. I found a notebook power supply that let me raise the voltage going to all the coils - I used 16 volts - and then opened the gap back out to .035. I hear the later gen cars have enough spark for boost or spray - I guess you use the stock gap, right? Ignition misfiring at high load and RPMs is sneaky - your top end drops off, but when I jacked up my voltage, I picked up 2MPH in the traps.

Did you even read anything I posted?
