transmision thumping

Hey I searched, and nothing with my specific issue
i am having an issue with my 95 maxima 5spd. almost everytime im starting from a stop my car really hesitates to speed up, even when I step on it, it kinda sputters. and sometime when im moving and I let off the gas, my car will start to thump and boggle and I end up pushing in the clutch. I hope its not a transmission issue? Should I do a tune up? clean the egr, maf, tb, iacv, and seafoam, I dunno if this would help my issue.

I also have low idle, around 500 rpms and the car gets shakey. I cant figure that issue out either. Sometimes its around 700, but once I am at a stop the rpms get lower. Also make its a little difficult to get out of 1st gear, maybe its causing the trans to not engage properly, cause the rpms are lower than normal??

And I have no codes. 0505

Sorry if its hard to read, but its hard to explain how it the engine is feeling

Motor mounts are shot. Engine movent causes the cable to flex and pull the throttle a little harder. This starts a pattern and causes the engine to buck hard. Not to mention, its hard to keep a steady foot on the gas pedal when this is happening.
As far as the hesitation, tune up, clean the TB, IACV, EGR, and scan for codes.

Open the hood, set the parking break, and see how much the engine moves when you start to let the clutch out in 1st and reverse.

My motor seems to be very still when I do that, it moved a tiny bit when I hit the brake tho.

Also I was looking at my exhaust and it seems to be dangling a little, like one of my exhaust mounts broke. and and theres a broken peice where the pipe connects to the cat.could this be the issue? It looked like the original cat also.

I also checked my coil packs by unplugging theme one at a time, but they seem good
