Help identifying wire under dash. no spark

I've had my car apart for a while and must have accidentally pulled this wire out during my 3.5 swap. I have the car back together now and it cranks but doesn't spark, and I'm thinking this wire is the culprit. Anybody know what it is and where it connects? Its the orange wire in pics. My car is a 97 5mt

That relay is not stock. It's on the starter wire, interrupting the signal.

Do you have a remote starter, alarm, or something else it is used for? You have a lot of wires there and a few fuse taps.
