HP = (Torque * RPM)/5252 so as long as the torque continues to increase as the rpms increase that's what we want Now where are those dyno scans

Yes, I think your Dynojet is F'ed up. A 149fwhp with a auto with a intake and Y-pipe is very low. I've personally watched a bonestock 95 GLE put down 155fwhp and 165fwtq. With a y-pipe only, he made 166fwhp and 172fwtq. These numbers are very much in line with the tons of other plots I've seen for stock and y-pipe modifed 4th gen VQs running on 248 machines. I've also watched a 95 GXE auto put down 175fwhp and 185fwtq with a y-pipe, intake, catback, ECU, UDP, and HEAVY 17s. A 90 3rd gen auto made 143fwhp and 165fwtq with just an intake. Are you trying to tell me that a factory rated 160hp 1990 SE is making nearly as much power as Ian's baseline with a y-pipe/intake Ian could have a factory fluke, but that's highly doubtful seeing that another friends 5 speed put the same kind of weak power on your machine. I have a VERY hard time believing Seattle is home to weakest Maximas in the States. I don't think anyone has heard of such low numbers from a stock or modifed 4th gen VQ.
What do LS1s put down on your machine? 250rwhp? If a bonestock LS1 doesn't make at least 295rwhp on your machine, then something is wrong with you machine.

My dyno F'ed up? I don't think so. Your baseline was 148.5 which is normal and right on with other dynojets.

BTW, I have a auto as well. When I had mine done there Dirksmoothe was blowing a lid at the numbers I was putting down. He has a 92 SE Auto with CAI, Y Pipe, CatBack and put down somewhere around 175hp. So I went in thinking that I'd be somewhere around there because I have basically the same things. Only to leave dissapointed with the numbers I did get. I might have the Dyno sheet somewhere that I could scan just to show my turnout. I'll have to dig for it though.

Actually, a Bone stock LS1 just put down 310rwhp on my Dynojet this morning smart ***. he also had a dyno sheet from a "Mustang" dyno (Blood Enterprises) that he did down the street and his number was 293. so I guess now their dyno is fck'd up then? originally I wasn't even going to waste my time replying but oh well. I made a copy of his sheet from his Mustang Dyno pull and ours for a comparison. anyone is welcome to come by the shop and see for themselves.

It's a short thread, and Dyno results are posted there.

I was able to order the metal lid for the mevi and the bracket that the ornamental cover bolts to all seperatly.
I ordered those parts around 2 weeks ago.
I was very surprised that they would have them in stock and sell them seperatly from the kit.

can anyone tell me where the thread is which had numerous links about the MEVI. I finally found it after weeks of searching and got a good 15 minutes of reading in. I was seariously drooling at the mouth, until I realized I had to go to work. Now I can't find it anymore.
