That is how the pic came out. I actually do have some small rock chips on there. I guess the lighting from that angle does not show it.
With this crazy winter here in MA, my hood looks worse than ever .

Igor: I do not even have Photoshop. If you see "markings" that must have come from the digicam I used

maybe it was my monitor at work? it looked like u used the brush tool to smear out the rock chips? weird...i dunno?

ok guys i just did mine today and the bottom part(valance) was really easy just slide the mesh trough those slots under it and just zip tie them to the white things in valance... I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO THE GRILL....its impossible...has anyone tried that could explain it... i tried puting them in from the front but it look realy bay and nothing like hotnicks

I tried putting it in the front before too, using chicken wire.....(i wasn't gonna leave it on), and it looked really bad, that's why I don't know how to do this....

u bought the wrong thing
chicken wire is not it...wen u go to home depot go to the building materials section and ask for gutter guard.. it comes in packs of 5

Hotnicks - where you located in MA? maybe when it get's warmer you could help me out a little doing that. I've tried mesh before, but it ended up looking retarded. Also, what did you do to make the clear on your tail-lights have the smoked look?

i know, i was trying it with chicken wire just to see how i would do it before i actually go and cut up the gutter guard.
