Anyone have this TSB done?

Wondering if anyone has had the NTB99075 done "poor engine performance at low engine speeds". I have a 2000 auto that I've had for about two months now and don't know if I have to have this done. For some reason I think my max should have more power off the line. I was driving a 94 grand prix 3.1L before the max which only had 160 horses and 185 pounds of torque and it seemed to have stronger take off than my new max. Not faster but stronger. Is it just that I'm or is something wrong.

personally, i wouldn't be suprised...american motors tend to have a lot of low end torque. even if it's less power at its peak, it is likely that the 3.1L american motor will have more twist below 1.5K rpm. the 2000 maxima just isn't known for its low end.

just my opinion, someone please correct me if i'm wrong.
