Install Kit for Aftermarket Stereo?

I've got a 2000 SE with the stock stereo w/CD and cassette (not Bose). I'd like some feedback on an aftermarket install kit that will retain the clean appearance of the existing radio. Does anyone know who would make a good kit for that?

Some installs I've seen look like they just tore the existing radio out and threw on some ugly plate around the new stereo.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Bill

P.S. Is the search engine down?

if you want the best match to the stock interior, i believe the best way to go is to order the GXE radio trim along with a radio pocket (since you will have 1 din open, unless you get an aftermarket dual din headunit)
it comes with the 2 air vents, and surrounding trim that is an exact match to the interior. downside is that it costs $85....

then again, if you got the schoche aftermarket trim, i heard it doesn't match as well but if you plan on gettin a complete aftermarket dash kit, it wouldn't really matter if the trim matched, now would it.
here's a picture of the GXE trim and pocket...i have an SE.

Schoche looks ok, but is really a pain in the a$$ to install, because of a horrible fit problems.

I have the GXE radio trim that you see above and the pocket in my closet if you want. I can sell them to you. I replaced mine my unit with the factory cd/cassette radio that you presently have. I bought new vents without the radio trim from courtesy nissan. PM me if you want to buy the vents and the pocket. you don't need the pocket if you're getting a double din head unit.
