Vais

I need advise on if I should replace my vais system on my 2000 max. After about 5k engine is loud as hell but doesnt pull no where near how it use to.

how many miles on the car ? VIAS is covered till 75K miles I belive. There wasa VIAS thread on the forum here not too long ago.
