What does a TSB mean to me?

Does it mean I have to take the Maxima in and have these problems remidied by the dealer if I have one of the TSB issues? Is it just informing me of other owners issues? Will Nissan perform such work while the vehicle is under warranty? Kinda like the engine loggo replacement? My engine loggo is flacking so would this we replaced by the TSB? My headlamps for too.....but that may be because its -35 outside but there is a TSB for that too...hmmmm?

Thanks
Concerned owner

I check the threads and I do have a couple of TSBs that apply to my vehicle. What do I do now? Will the dealer work on the car and fix these problems at no expense?
Thanks for the quick reply

They will only do them if you can demonstrate your car is having that issue. If it is they should do the work for free.

-35...wow.
