max929... NO, you don't.

I have a Jim Wold POP, so I already had the airbox removed.

The VIAS fix is simple...

remove the airbox
remove the piece in the photo (by loosening the clamp, not removing the screws)
remove the two uppers screws carefully (direct pressure)
remove the lower left screw
rotate the throttle linkage and remove the lower right screw

voila!
