Just kidding guys Relax! I was on my way home from work this morning and spotted a brand new blue M3. I was trying to catch up to him but there was too much traffic and the guy must of just got it because he was driving like a a$$ cutting people off and weaving in and out of traffic. From the way he was driving I knew he would be down to race. I know I probably would of lost even with NOS but it would of been fun. Believe me we will meet again

Haha! Before I read the post, I wanted to see what mods you had to beat an M3 up. Those cars are damned fast, doing 0-60 in 4.8 secs. Would take one heck of a Maxima, or one lousy M3 driver for the Maxima to win.

Blue...

I'm not a fan of that blue color...too plain, IMHO. After seeing 1 around here, it doesn't look MUCH different that the 3-series coupe; they were aiming for more of a differentiation.

But of course, I'll take one.

Yeah, but weren't those older M3s? The new M3 is faster. Even with NOS, I don't think a Maxima can take one.

4.8 0-60...that is unreal! Is there still a huge waiting list for the new ones? I have yet to see one on the road.

actual M3 specs

The new M3 will hit 60 in about 4.65 seconds and smash into the redline limiter in 6th at 183 MPH. Our maxima's would have to be, super, turbo, and NOS with a nuts traction controller to think about taking an M3 anywhere in a race. We would also need new trannys so that we are not redline limited in 5th at 159 MPH.

Well this gives me motivation to install my FPR so I can spray some serious amounts os NOS. I guess we'll have to see. But as for the 183MPH in 6th I'm not sure where you got that info from but both the M3 and M5 are limited to 155 MPH.
