Technosquare L-Tuned or F-Tuned?

Ok ive been searching around the internet and im trying to find people that actually have this installed. I research you can get the F-Tuned with the a/f tuned or the L-Tuned which raises the limiter, removes the governor, etc.

I went to http://www.dragtimes.com/ and all the fast 3.5 maximas are just running the L-Tuned. With minimal mods there running in the 12's!! Heck my altima turboed could even dig into the 12's.

I also read at:

http://nissanclub.com/forums/printth...=183870&pp=40/

this says in comparison the L-Tuned is the best, but then again they also say maximas.org disclosed that so who knows how true that is.

I remember with JWT tuned my altima ECU that was the biggest gain I ever got. I have read that other cars get a huge gain from the ECU reflashed. With a new car like the maxima I wouldnt be surprised if we could shave a half a second to a second in the 1/4 depending on mods.

Had JET Tune my 3.5 ECU

I have the same scrwed up ECU as you do...wires are awkward and Nissan can't even figure out some of the wiring diagrams. Have you Dyno'd the car before / after? I did the ECU then took it out because I saw no benefit. I Bought the SAFC recently to do the Air/Fule, then dynoed it on 6 pulls. I can send you the results sheet if you want, but got WAAAAYYY bigger gains beccause it was done correctly by my main man Initial D in Brooklyn. He is VEEERRRYYY good with Nissan ECU's and Evo's ECU's. You can do everything with the SAFC as far as A/F riation and tuning it, but doesn't remove governer on the car...why would you want that removed anyway. The car can't even do 155MPH.

Sorry for the confusion....

I had Technosquare ECU in the car to begin with. I didn't FEEL any gains off of it, so I bought another ECU STOCK. The I added the SAFC 2 to see what I could do to the air/fuel.I saw noticable gains from the SAFC 2 AFTER is was dynoed 6pulls. The SAFC has to be dynoed and programmed to work properly.

I don't recall a F-tuned ECU released by technosquare.

You should check their site for details
www.technosquareinc.com

The L-spec is probably the best value for the increased rev limiter. And 3.5 maximas dipping into the 12's...... thats probably one member on this forum doing that (sr20den)

What a bummer that is. Is there a conclusive dyno with or without the technosquare ecu.
