New 2001 Maxima GLE questions

Hey, just bought an 01 GLE and I had some questions about this. I know it may be repetative so please bare with me. I previously had a 92, so I am proud to say I have upgraded ;-D

Here are some fixes/Solutions I need for this.
This car is in great condition and I know it was in a fender bender where the hood and the fender were replaced by the previous owner.
Here goes:
1. The drivers side door seems like it is off a little and hits the frame of the car when it closes a little. Is there any way of fixing this or should I take it to an auto body shop?

2. I see that the Drivers side mirror is an updated one, one of which is very cheap and you can tell it was replaced (could have side swiped it). The person that sold me this didnt mention this part of the vehicle had gotten hit. The actual mirror seems like a "very cheap glass" almost like a bad pair of perscription glasses while looking into it. Does anyone know the best place to get something like this?

3. Heated seats- I can feel the drivers side working, but when i touch the passengers side it is not working. Is there anything to this that I am missing? The lights arent on on this either. I would say a fuse is blown, but then both would not work.

4. If I want to add a spoiler to this, do you think its easy enough to do it yoruself?

5. Best place to get patches for leather? I have some rips on the drivers side.

I need to buy some new stuff for this vehicle like new floor mats, a manual, bulbs for some of the illuminations on the dash, etc. Where would be the most realiable. I live in Long Island so anything even local would be great.

Thanks in Advance

things like side mirror, and floor mats could be purchased at the dealership. You could probably find someone cheaper.. not sure where though, try Dave B., online parts store.. - I'd stick with OEM. OEM mats are custom fit for the car, so they're going to look better.

3. Yeah, heated seats will only feel warm with someone on them

Did you purchase this Spoiler online? Where if I may ask? I have been looking around and it seems like it should cost me anywhere between $175-$250 already painted my color.

KV3 G is the code under my hood

I believe that is translated into a greenish-Gray color. Looks more of a gun metal Color to me.

Here is another question, for the Drivers side Mirror, do you think Dave B would be the best bet for this? The one I have on there right now like I said above seems to have a bad glass on there. I can buy it right now from Ebay for about $50 shipped. Should I just go with a real nissan product on this one?

I had the same problem with the driver side heater. The light was not on so I popped out the switch and pushed in the terminals. Fixed Worth a few minutes to try that.

Actually, I am having a problem with the actual glass on the mirror. When you look into it, it looks like you have on perscription eye glasses that sees blurry. I think I will give Dave B. a call for this.

Some ebay things are good, some not so good. Unless the OEM mirror is significantly more expensive, I'd stick with it.

- another alternative is to replace the mirrors with fancy ones.. (LEDs, flip-up)

thanks for the advise. I will look into the more "fancy ones". Is there any sort of voltage change or anything I need to look out for when I get the mirrors with flip up controls?
