Wierd Noises after header install

Ok after i installed my headers back in Jan. Ive had real rough idling and when at WOT Smoke comes out of my tail pipe. Not Consistently just when it drops down to second. And when i am cruising 2000 rpms or so... it feel like my manifold is loose.. sounds like a metallic Noise.. like when the car runs on 87...I looked over
the headers everything seems to be tight including the Y pipe.. i havent had the chance to go over it with a Wrench..

hmm then I'm guessing the b-pipe might not be the issue. HS headers?

Is the front manifold hitting the AC line up front? I know the Hotshots come really close and in some cases the AC line is even in the way.

Could you provide a more detailed description of the noise?

Not sure about the rough idle, and I'm guessing the smoke is either because you're running rich or burning oil or coolant. May or may not be related to the headers, since there are many factors involved here.

Umm this is going to be hard...ok remember the heat shield we have on our stock headers.. well picture that dragging but when you go pass 2k it goes away.. it happens like the knock noise...with gas....
