Yep. Best overall bang for your buck, hands down. You've been busy, perkman.

Engines shouldn't "whistle"... unless they're really happy.

But seriously, I must be the only one here who doesn't hear a whistle because of the spacers. Damn glad about it, too.

Well, I'm happy to see a picture of your FSTB that explains what I was misinterpreting before was an optical illusion.

As to the vacuum tank... boy, did you cave in to peer pressure!

(heh heh)

Nice job, man. It feels right to know what all those components are, don't you think? This was a good conversation over the last week or so.

Always good to learn something new.

Now I have to find tires that can put the power down when it is cold. My tires (Falken 912s) grip great straight line in the summer, but once it gets under 45-50, not so much. Chance of snow tomorrow too and looking at the tread design, I'm probably not going go have much luck driving if we get any accumulation.

What happens when it's time to change plugs with the spacers and silicone? Do the spacers survive? I would imagine that it would be a little more difficult to seperate the intake with silicone in there.

it's a bit of a PITA because you have to get the sealant off and then reapply new sealant.

Yeah, but it's only the plenum you have to remove to access plugs 1-3-5, not the entire upper IM.
