How to ask for dealer reflash?

I've got an 02 AT. I've read that some 02s had bad fuel/ignition maps from the factory, and required the ECU to be reflashed?

How do i know if I'm affected? What specifically should I ask for? Do i just show up and ask for the latest "firmware" for an 02 max?

ECU reprogramming costs 1 hour of labor, which usually goes around $110.

Nissan Warranty and Recall Information

Check here to see if your car was affected. The dealer could also tell you, and can't (or shouldn't) charge you anything to check for recalls on your car. Do not spend money to do anything with your ECU if your car was not affected. Overtime your car ECU learns how you drive, and if you 'reboot' it you'll lose that, and your car will act really strange for a while until it relearns your driving habits.
