Are there any recommended sites/establishments that repair/rebuild ECUs?

lot's guys on ebay do it, but i can't vouch for any of them

someone online repaired mine online.. took around 20 days. repaired the ICV chip.

still unable to re-learn icv.
had to get a used ecu in the end

I got one off ebay repaired for me to match my new engine but it didn't work correctly. Had to get a dealer one.
