You won't be able to access it from underneath. Only from above or removing the bumper. You almost have to reach in, find the nut, then use a 10mm on an extension. The one near the latch is a tight squeeze.

The AE skirts & lips look so much better than the 5.5 OEM skirts and those hideous Stillen lips. So get some AE skirts or knock-off's and get happy.
Then swap out your headlights for HID's, and you've got a beautiful ride.
Can't help you with your lack of displacement, though.

C'mon, fat boy. Make some lemonade.

I'm only just now looking into horns, but I was under the impression (assumption) all aftermarket horns are plug-n-play, designed to bolts to a generic bracket with a flat electrical connector.
Figure the research is pretty easy. And horns go for around $60/pair.
There are plenty of "hella horn" videos on YouTube.

One guy installed 6th gen Maxima horns which are louder than ours and it cost him under $20 from the dealer. I found a video clip of them but need to refind it today (was really tired when rummaging through last night).

Fiamm Freeway Blasters are direct plug N play and can be found at the local pepboys. One high and one low tone horn for around $30. You can hear them on youtube. They sound ok but loud.
I'm a new fan of the PIAA Sport Horns 500hz and 600hz. I may gamble on a set from Amazon for $37 to see if they truly are plug n play.
