Don`t know when I`m going back to the dyno, no need to really. I can tell you, that car sounds amazing with the cutout open and in wot. Loud as shet and turbo whisle.

1swtmax is a cool guy, I met him at the Philly meet. Its his car, he can do whatever he wants. Don't personally attack a guy just because he has a style you don't like. That's ridiculous.

I don't know about you, but I would like to know why. I would like to know what gives my car the HP that it has. I am not one to just throw power adders on it and dyno it just for the hell of it.

But hey, if you're happy with the numbers, then that's great
Me, I know our cars are capable of more. You should throw some better rods and bolts on that biatch and get it up to 475.

That's part of it but the main reason is that I'd burn through a lot of front tires because I love to see tire tracks on fresh pavement. Also, IMO the best burnouts are produced by rwd cars, (ie: my 69 Cougar ).

Impressive power!

I hate the hood, but I think the rest of the car doesn't look bad at all. I think I could easily find a dozen Maximas on here that are way more obnoxius looking... but everyone's has got their taste and nobody should have to justify it.... unless it's so bad that it's an offense to all Maximas

I can definitely appreciate the amount of effort that went into that car.

It's a very cool project, but in the back of my head a voice keeps telling me that if God wanted Maximas to have 400hp, He would have made them rear-wheel drive.

i dont understand how you guys keep our sedans with that much power under control?
ive been in a few talons with slighty more power and we're going sideways in 2nd on an AWD car! how do u guy manage to keep the front tires from pushing the car into the wall?
...or is the key not to hit boost around a turn?

The gas pedal controls how much power you put down.

lol jk...I doubt the car is controllable under full boost around any slight curve at all

With 3" exhaust, I am not sure cut out will yield that much more. Maybe someone can chime in.

Are you talking about the wall around a 1/4 mile drag strip?

And yes..I rarely hit boost around turns.

I feel the same way. My next car will be a 8 cylinder rwd car.. I swear a 6 banger burns as much gas as a 8..

...just in general i guess...from a dead stop, around a turn..etc

if i had that much power on my max, id've already probably crashed it.

I didnt know that God made cars? Actually depending on who you talk to you'd have to argue he exists, hum? For arguments sake, let's say he does...I cant picture him with an impact wrench in his hands...plus, wouldnt his robe get dirty?

Wow the turbo spooling is such a great sound. Wish my card had close to 400 hp and sounded like that. Although I still prefer the looks of my car, I would still like that engine in it. Nice car man

It doesn't require skill, but a skilled driver can do amazing things in an AWD vehicle.

Oh I know...I was just being a d!ck. lol. Ken Block is a great example of that.

Actually, not to get too OT but the new GTR has an "efficient mode" or something along those lines...but there's a toggle or button you hold down for a lil bit and becomes RWD. Once you turn the car off, its resets back to AWD. That's the best of both worlds!
