02 SE,119k miles,burning oil
I just got the codes today (my ses was on for 2 weeks)
P0011 cam shaft position.....(may be related to recent work on neutral position switch , and below the airbox area?)
P0420 Cat converter........(this scares me after those stories of engine failure due to clogged cats)
...codes are erased for now....should I wait and see if those codes would come back to be concerned ? or be concerned now (especially for the P0420) ? I recently noticed some loss of performance...

i also got P0420, but i have no rear/main cat..

can anyone tell me if our cars have a cat in the Y pipe section of the stock exhaust?

When i looked up how to replace a cat using Alldata, it only has the rear/main cat as a cat to replace.

It also lists the front precat but only for California Maximas. No other cats are found ??

p0420 codes are tricky basterds. I've gotten then to stay off by using better gas (Shell Premium) and running a couple cans of Seafoam through the gas tank.
