Engine cooling fans

As i look at the car the left fan wont turn on.

I took off the relay for the fan and activated the relay manually (took it apart) and it kicked in. the circuit to the relay seems good, there is power to every pin except to one.

Should i just replace the relay or can there be another problem ?

The second fan will only come on if the engine gets hot enough, or when the A/C is on and certain temperature settings are met. Are you having a overheating issue?
