Ok first off, let's see if you know what all you need.

You looking for a 3.5" intake, or the entire assembly to include the MAF? If the latter, then you are going to need a MAF scaler, cheapest and most effective IMO is the SAFC II.

Second, you're going to need to monitor your AFR, because larger MAF = leaner AFR's, dangerously lean in the 3.5" realm. So with that said, you'll need a WB w/ live readout, logging optional.

Third, with all that new area will mean less air velocity which means you'll need to add more fuel to compensate for the larger MAF, this will require large adjustments on the AFC, and thus will then effect your IDC and IPW (injector duty cycle and injector pulse width), which means indirectly you'll be retarding your IGN timing, and to compensate for that, you'll need larger injectors.

In the end, yes CGR is your man for this, supporting mods help too, i.e headers.

I'm not trying to be rude but a 3.5'' intake tube.
Is the throttle body even that big? That sounds like rice full on.
Is that something that is dyno proven?
It's pretty ez to see if there's an actual restriction with a vacuum gauge.

Yes the 3.5" and 4" intakes allow you to make more power. MORE air PLUS more FUEL equals more power, to a certain degree of course.
Just throwing on an intake like that wont net you anything without the supporting mods though and you'll possibly lean out the a/f mixture which would have adverse effects. 440 injectors are the MINIMUM size, and 560 are probably much better.

I mean, yeah, there are a lot of threads with more specific details on this stuff, how it works, and what works best, but this guy was just asking who can make custom intake pipes haha.

Absolutely - Douglas Sands - CantGetRight. And in many a beautiful powdercoat choices as well.
I've got an Neo AFC if you head in that direction - you will require an AFC at minimal to avoid leaning out and damaging your engine.

Are we still not to a point where 3.5-4" intakes is common knowledge to make power?
