Seconded.
I've now had 3 5th gens- first was an 02 Infiniti I-35 that was a complete headache due to suspension issues I could not correct, second was the 02 maxima I had for about the past 6 months, 3rd was the 03 Maxima I just bought last week.
Not one of these ever had the rusty radiator support issue that i was warned plagues these cars. It must be a Northern thing.

Nice work. The car is in good hands. What's up with those bars? Is that an added safety thing?
I am ashamed how fast it has become I can take it off and back on in 2-3 hours. Total job taking front end off ,dealing with broken bolts. I could do it in 6-8 hours.

It is already on now. I put it on yesterday.
I didn't do any off the rad support stuff i did with my 01 maxima. other than welding it on and cavity wax plus is going in it.

I would probably charge $400 labor now for it.

Total time is probably double with taking front of car apart, lights ect.

This car is the least rusty one i have done. This is the key center punch and good drill bits.I use 3-4 sizes and i step it up.Oil and go slow. Probably work better with a spot weld bit.

I do wish NY wouldn't salt the roads,or there was something better.

As for the bars they will bolt on every 5th gen. They bolt from the top of the radiator (as you see) to the radiator support. The 00-04 radiator support is the same.

They are very strong. Not sure what they are for ,but they add a lot of torsional rigidity.

Here's the rad support completely done. With the cross bars .The nut doesn't go on yet. another piece goes over that . Then a nut tightens it down.

I ordered 5 cans of cavity wax plus shipped $111.
